01 Physical bunker supply
We hold stock and barge capacity in the hubs that matter and contract fixed windows everywhere else. Quantity is verified by mass flow meter where the port allows it, and by joint gauging where it does not. Every barge on our panel is surveyed before it is used.

05 Emissions and compliance desk
EU ETS and FuelEU Maritime changed what a bunker enquiry has to answer. Our compliance desk prices the carbon alongside the fuel so you can compare two ports on total cost rather than on tonnage alone.

How a stem runs, from enquiry to invoice
The same five steps every time, in every port. You always know which one you are on, because your trader tells you before you have to ask.
Enquiry
Send the vessel, the window and the grade. We come back with a firm price and a stated validity, usually inside 20 minutes.
Nomination
We fix the physical supplier, confirm the barge and issue the nomination to the agent and the master on the same message.
Delivery
An independent surveyor attends where you want one. Samples are drawn at the manifold and sealed in front of the chief engineer.
Verification
The sample goes to the lab the same day. You get the full result, not a pass or fail, within 36 hours of hose disconnection.
Settlement
One invoice, showing fuel, barging and carbon separately. Any claim opened stays with your trader until it closes.
